Birthday Brew Espresso

Summary

Special 10th anniversary release from Curve Coffee Roasters. A kickstart natural processed lot produced by Bette Buna at their Megadu site in the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at 2000-2200 masl. Varieties include cultivated landrace varieties and JARC varieties 74112 and 74110. Cherries are first left to oxidise for 24 hours, then fermented in closed barrels for 48 hours and finally dried on raised beds. Cup profile features a jammy mouthfeel with notes of honeysuckle, strawberry, peach and sherry. 20% of sales are donated to the Taferi Kela Kids Club project.
