Summary
A washed single-origin coffee from Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, produced by Habtamu Fekadu Aga at the Danche washing station. Grown at 1,900–2,200 masl from heirloom varieties. Aromatic with lavender and honeysuckle, flavours of Palisade peach, ripe pluot, drippy melon and a sparkling, complex finish.

- 3.Let it draw down naturally with a light rattle after the last pour.
Water: 30-80 ppm, moderate alkalinity; target extraction 20-23%, TDS 1.35-1.55.
