Summary
A washed single-origin coffee from the Chelbesa washing station in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, produced by Habtamu Fekadu Aga of Kuri Mountain Coffee. Grown from heirloom varieties at 1900-2200 masl and light roasted, it offers notes of peach jam, key lime, and white flowers, with a floral, light-bodied profile and vibrant stone fruit sweetness.

Rest 2-6 weeks off roast (sweet spot 3.5-6 weeks). Use soft water (30-80 ppm) with moderate alkalinity. Target extraction yield 20-23%, TDS 1.35-1.55.
