Summary
A washed coffee from 25 smallholder women producers part of the ASPROTIMANA cooperative in Timaná, Huila, Colombia. Grown at 1,350-1,800 meters above sea level. Varieties include Caturra, Castillo, and Variedad Colombia. The Women's Coffee Program empowers female producers through training in specialty coffee processing and business development. The coffee is carefully hand-picked, processed at individual micro-mills, and dried for 15-25 days on patios or raised beds before being delivered to the cooperative for milling and export.
