Limu Coffee
Summary
Single-origin coffee from the highlands of the Limu region in western Ethiopia. The Kenissa Cooperative in Agaro, at 2,080 metres above sea level, grows this 100% Arabica coffee in shaded forest gardens; around 290 families are involved. Washed processing and a medium roast produce a balanced, mild cup with notes of grape and dark chocolate, a delicate chocolate note and gentle acidity. Suitable for all filter brewing methods, from hand filter and Moccamaster to French press, Chemex and cold brew.
