Eq Cafe Crema 100
Summary
EQ CAFE CREMA 100 is a dark-roasted espresso blend of 100% Arabica beans from Brazil, Indonesia and DR Congo, developed for Siemens EQ fully automatic machines. Brazilian beans from APAS Cooperative in Minas Gerais (Yellow Bourbon, Yellow Catuai, Acaia, Mundo Novo) are sun-dried and contribute nutty-chocolate sweetness; Indonesian beans from Mena Gold Farm on Sumatra (Tim-Tim, Bourbon) are wet-hulled and add spicy, slightly earthy depth; washed Bourbon from Rebuild Women's Hope Cooperative on Idjwi Island in Lake Kivu rounds it out with nutty-sweet notes. The cup is balanced, full-bodied and low in acidity, with intense cocoa notes and a hint of nutmeg.
