Buna Dimaa Kaffee
Summary
Buna Dimaa is a dark filter roast coffee blend of 100% Arabica beans from Colombia, Ethiopia, and Peru. Approximately 40% comes from Colombia (Coocafe cooperative in Sierra Nevada, 1,000–1,500 m), adding sweet caramel notes. Another 40% comes from Ethiopia (Bikila Ibsa cooperative in Limu/Agaro, ~1,950 m), grown in forest gardens and washed, contributing freshness and gentle spice. The remaining 20% from Peru (Negrisa family farm, Chanchamayo) adds chocolate notes. The result is a full-bodied, low-acidity cup with flavours of cocoa, roasted nuts, caramel, and chocolate. Varieties include Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, Típica, and Typica.
