Single-origin coffee from the Daterra farm in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Grown by the Pascoal family at around 1,150 m, this naturally processed coffee is made from Catuai, Mundo Novo and Bourbon varieties. It has a velvety, low-acid cup with notes of milk chocolate and plum.
