Hambella Kaffee
Summary
Hambella is a light-roasted, single-origin filter coffee from the Hambella region in Guji, Ethiopia. Produced by Dimtu Farm together with 370 outgrower families, it is grown at 2,200 meters on volcanic soils and processed using the natural method. Made from local Ethiopian landraces, the cup is fruity and mild with notes of strawberry and milk chocolate, balanced acidity, and a creamy mouthfeel with a fresh floral finish.
