Espresso Yirga Santos Decaf
Summary
Espresso Yirga Santos Decaf is a decaffeinated espresso blend of 100% Arabica coffees from Brazil, Ethiopia, and Colombia. It combines Fazenda Rainha (Brazil, Yellow Bourbon), Bikila Ibsa Cooperative (Ethiopia, washed) and Coocafe Cooperative (Colombia, Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, Típica). The beans are gently decaffeinated using a water-based process that preserves aroma. Roasted dark, it offers a full-bodied cup with chocolate and brown sugar flavours and soft acidity.
