Espresso Cerrado
Summary
Espresso Cerrado is a 100% Arabica single-origin coffee from the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, produced on the Daterra farm by the Pascoal family. The coffee is a blend of Catuai, Mundo Novo and Bourbon varieties, processed by the pulped natural method. Roasted to a medium level, it offers a velvety, nutty and chocolatey cup with notes of hazelnut, sweet ripe fruits and low acidity, making it a balanced espresso suitable for milk-based drinks or cold brew.
