The Estate: Fero is Climpson & Sons' signature espresso from Ethiopia's Sidamo region. Produced by the Fero Washing Station, owned and managed by Ranger Coffee, the coffee comes from over 700 local growers farming small plots under 2 hectares. The coffee is of the Mixed Heirloom variety, grown at 1,800-2,000 masl, and undergoes a washed process resulting in a clean, crisp profile. Flavour notes include milk chocolate, orange, and toffee, making it bright, balanced, and complex – suitable for both black coffee and milk-based drinks.
