Broadway Blend is Climpson & Sons' signature seasonal espresso blend, combining two Central American coffees. The El Salvador component, Las Ranas (50%), comes from Santa Ana at 1,450 masl, a Bourbon variety with a pulped natural process, adding balance and acidity. The Guatemala component, El Durazno (50%), is grown in Jalapa at 1,500 masl, a Typica variety with a sun-dried honey process, produced by the Ventura family, bringing sweetness, rich body and dried fruit notes. Flavour profile: fudge, brown sugar, dates.
