Summary
A single origin coffee from the Idido Gersi washing station in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Grown by local smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1,900 and 2,200 meters using local Heirloom varieties. Processed using extended yeast fermentation with 21 days of sun drying on raised African beds. Light roast with flavour notes of pineapple, rum and raisin. Juicy with a creamy body and complex sweetness.
