Summary

Decaffeinated coffee from Peru. The beans are grown by the Jumarp Cooperative in northern Peru, mainly around the cities of Jaén and San Ignacio, at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,800 meters. The coffee consists of a variety blend of Red Caturra, Red Bourbon and Typica. It is gently decaffeinated by the Canadian company Swiss Water using a purely water-based osmosis process without chemical solvents. Medium roast with notes of milk chocolate, brown sugar and grapes. Suitable for all brewing methods.
