Classico Espresso is a blend composed of 60% Arabica from Brazil (Cerrado & Mogiana regions, producer Cemorrado) and 40% Robusta from Tanzania (Bukoba region, producer KCU). Processed by Natural (Brazil) and Washed (Tanzania) methods. Grown at altitudes of 1250m (Brazil) and 800m (Tanzania). Varieties include Mundo Novo and Catuaí. Roasted to a medium level with flavor notes of nut and dark chocolate. Designed as an espresso blend with a full-bodied profile, low acidity, and rich crema.
