Bio Etiopie Beshasha
Summary
Organic washed Ethiopian coffee from the Jimma region, grown at 2000-2100 m on Mustefa Abakena's farm. Varieties Heirloom, 74110 and 74112. Cherries are fermented in water tanks and dried for 24-27 days on raised African beds. In the cup it shows black tea underscored by lime, complemented by the gentle sweetness of acacia honey. Lively acidity and a light body give it freshness and easy drinkability. Ideal for filter brewing.
