Bio Bolívie Teoponte

Summary

Bio Bolívie Teoponte is a washed espresso from the Bolivian Andes, grown by 120 farmers organised in the APCERL association across seven communities in subtropical valleys around the Madidi National Park. Organic and Bird Friendly® certified, the coffee is grown in an agroforestry system with shade trees at 1350 m a.s.l. Varieties: Catimor, Catuai and Caturra. In the cup it offers a clean and light espresso with lively, pleasant acidity, notes of sweet green tea and matcha cookies, and a creamy, buttery finish.
