Guatemala El Rabinal
Summary
Guatemala El Rabinal is a washed 100% arabica espresso from the Qawale project in the mountains of Guatemala, developed with the Vides58 organization from Huehuetenango to support smallholder farmers. Grown in Rabinal, Baja Verapaz at 1600-1700 m, it features Caturra, Sarchimor and Catimor varieties. The cup combines cane sugar sweetness with chocolate-nutty Snickers-like notes and a gentle citrus freshness, resulting in a velvety, naturally sweet espresso with full body and a long finish. Cupping score 84.
