The beans are of Colombia, Castillo, and Caturra varieties, grown at altitudes up to 2,050 meters. The cup offers clear acidity, juicy berry notes, and round chocolate sweetness, with tasting notes of blackberry, apple, and milk chocolate. The cherries are hand-picked, fermented, washed, and dried in a parabolic greenhouse for 10–18 days.
