A single estate coffee from Aquiares Estate on the slopes of the Turrialba volcano in Costa Rica. Produced by Diego Robelo, this Mariana F1 hybrid is naturally processed. It offers a floral and lively cup with notes of mandarin, blood orange, blackcurrant, dried mango, caramel, cocoa nibs, and dark chocolate. A complex, juicy, and naturally sweet specialty coffee.

- 0:00Rinse the paper filter with hot water and discard the rinse water. (30 s)
- 0:00Add coffee evenly to the filter. Pour 60 ml of water over the coffee, ensuring all grounds are wet. Let it bloom for about 30 seconds. (30 s)
- 0:30Then pour gently up to 180 ml, and continue with controlled circular pours until the scale shows 300 ml.
