Salt Marsh Coffee is an aged coffee from Colombia, processed in North Norfolk, UK. The green beans are hung in sacks in a coastal boat shed, exposed to moisture-laden sea winds, causing them to swell and develop a smooth, mellow character with reduced acidity. Flavour notes include brown butter, demerara sugar, macadamia nuts, red apple, caramel, salted popcorn, and malty sweetness. The coffee is organic and suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
