Gedeb N
Summary
Gedeb N is a natural processed coffee from Ethiopia, sourced from the Worka Chelbesa washing station in the Gedeb district of Yirgacheffe. Grown at 1900-2200 masl, this coffee is made from heirloom Ethiopian varieties. It offers flavour notes of blueberry cheesecake, plum, and earl grey with medium acidity. The natural processing involves drying whole ripe cherries on raised beds for approximately twenty-two days. The coffee has a creamy texture with medium malic-phosphoric acidity and medium sweetness, recommended for filter brewing.
