A filter coffee from Costa Rica's Brunca region, produced at the El Aguacate farm by Marespi, a third-generation family enterprise. Grown at 1890 masl. Varieties: Red Caturra and Catuai. Natural processed: selectively hand-picked cherries dried on raised beds for approximately 22 days. Flavour profile: juicy and sweet with notes of raspberry, dried fig, and panela, with medium acidity and a full body. Cupping score: 87.
