Kenya Kii AA is a washed coffee from the Kirinyaga region of Kenya. It is processed at the Kii washing station, which belongs to the Rungeto cooperative with approximately 1,215 member farmers. The coffee undergoes overnight fermentation before being depulped and dried. The AA grade is the highest classification based on bean size and quality. The cup profile features blackcurrant, blackberry, muscovado, and green tea notes, offering a complex and bright flavor experience with lively black berry fruit characteristics and surprising sweetness.
