Single-origin washed coffee from Finca El Cascajal in the Nuevo Oriente region of Guatemala. The volcanic soil and balanced climate allow the coffee to ripen slowly, concentrating sugars. Varieties are Catuai and Caturra, processed by the classic washed method. The cup is clean and balanced with natural sweetness at the center, offering notes of amaretto, honey, red apple, and toffee. It works well as an espresso or as a milk-based drink. Available in 250 g, 500 g, and 1000 g bags.
