Steady Eddy is the house blend from Badeta Coffee, combining three origins: Brazil (Samba Reserve from Cofinet), Rwanda (Liza from Steans Beans), and Colombia (Santa Maria from The Coffee Quest, Huila). The Brazilian component is a natural process coffee providing chocolate notes and nuttiness. The Rwandan is a washed coffee adding floral lift and soft citrus. The Colombian contributes fruity punch and caramel sweetness. Flavor notes include walnut, dark chocolate, jasmine, apricot, and caramel. Suitable for both espresso and filter. Full body, balanced and accessible.
