Summary
This single-origin coffee comes from Tibebu Roba's farm in the Chelchele Kebele region of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Grown at 1985-2000 meters above sea level on rich red soil, the coffee is processed using natural (dry) fermentation methods which enhance the fruity and floral notes. The cup profile features notes of summer fruits such as peach and mango, with a nougat-like body. The farm uses sustainable farming methods including homemade compost. In 2019, this coffee received an SCA score of 91 at the Trabocca auction.
