Single-origin coffee from Costa Rica, produced at the Corazón de Jesús farm by Antonio. It features the Milenio F1 variety, a first-generation hybrid cross between Sarchimor and Sudan Rume, known for disease resistance and complex cup profile. Processed using the natural method (natural reposado), where coffee cherries rest in sacks between drying phases to develop layered flavors. The cup offers tropical fruit notes of peach and apricot, complemented by soft floral undertones and deep sweetness. The farm has achieved multiple awards in the Cup of Excellence competitions in Costa Rica from 2021 to 2025.
