Single-origin espresso coffee from Guatemala, grown in the Huehuetenango region by producer Pascual Jimenez, a second-generation coffee grower from Buena Vista who farms at Finca Familia Jimenez with his sons and daughter-in-law. The coffee is a Bourbon variety, washed processed: dry-fermented for 40 hours, washed in clean water, graded by density, and sun-dried for 8-10 days before resting about 3 months. Flavour profile: stone fruits, hazelnut, milk chocolate.
