Colombia — Maria Rodriguez
Summary
Colombian single-origin SL28 from producer Maria Rodriguez at Betania Farm in Palestina, Huila, grown at 2,000 masl. Naturally processed with a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation: ripe cherries are harvested, floated and sorted, then sealed in tanks before slow sun-drying on raised beds for 20–30 days. The result is a tropical expression of SL28 with ripe mango, butterscotch sweetness and a rounded, creamy mouthfeel.
