This washed coffee from Colombia's Huila region is produced by Linarco Rodriguez, whose family has managed farms across three generations. The Castillo Tambo variety is grown at 1710 masl. Cherries are fermented between 14-22°C for approximately 72 hours, then pulped and left to oxidise for 48 hours, resulting in a clean washed profile with tasting notes of caramel, strawberry, and a creamy mouthfeel with a balanced finish.
