Assembly is an independent London roaster, based in Brixton since 2015 and a certified B Corp. Their whole angle is 'elevated brewing' — coffees are organised by how you'll actually make them (pour over, espresso, filter, French press) and by process, from washed to wild assisted-fermentation lots. They've put out hundreds of different coffees over the years, so there's always something new to chase, plus a subscription if you'd rather it just show up. You won't find a flagship café, but their beans pour at partner spots across the UK and beyond. Great for curious home brewers who like variety and clean, modern roasting.
