Summary
A specialty coffee from India's Ratnagiri Estate (Pearl Mountain), located in Chikmagalur, Karnataka. Produced by Ashok Patre, a third-generation coffee grower. This Catuai variety micro-lot from the Linne Patte block underwent a 72-hour yeast fermented natural process (CM Intenso Natural) with selective handpicking at 25.2 Brix, fermentation in stainless-steel tanks with added yeast, and 26-day slow drying on raised beds. Grown at 1,340 masl. Flavour profile: purple grapes, black plum, caramelized dates, and chocolate. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.

Grind: about 700 to 800 microns
- 0:00Pour 40 ml in a circular manner and let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds. (30 s)
- 1:10Pour 100 ml more in a circular manner, until 140 ml, by 1 minute 10 seconds.
- 2:00Pour the next 100 ml in circles, up to 240 ml, within 2 minutes.
If the water drains slower than 3 minutes or faster than 2 minutes 30 seconds, adjust the grind size.
