Summary

A fully washed Red Bourbon from Burundi, grown in the Mutambu Commune of the Mumirwa region in Rural Bujumbura. 173 smallholders contributed to this lot, including lead farmer Thomas Kurubone. Cherries undergo a single day of fermentation before washing, producing a clean, crisp cup with good depth of flavour. Expect delicacy and vibrancy, with notes of black tea, redcurrant and cola.
