Alchemy Coffee

London-based Alchemy Coffee runs three cafes across Spitalfields, Shoreditch, and The City, while roasting the beans that fill them. They're a specialty coffee roaster doing both espresso and filter, with a rolling subscription for home drinkers who want fresh beans on repeat. Beyond coffee, they stock equipment, tea, hot chocolate, and chai — plus an A-Z of Coffee journal series for the curious. They also supply wholesale and office coffee. No founding year or roast-style specifics on the site, but three cafe locations and a proper coffee education bent suggest a crew that's been at it a while and cares how you brew.
