Panthera – Kenya
Summary
Panthera is a single-origin Kenyan peaberry (PB) from the Karumandi producer in Kirinyaga, grown at 1750 masl. It is washed processed and comprises cultivars SL28, SL34 and Ruiru 11. Roasted light with high acidity and a medium body, it offers notes of blackberry, plum and brown sugar with delicate stone fruit character and a smooth, sweet finish. Sourced through Falcon Coffee, it is recommended as a filter coffee using methods such as V60 or immersion brewers to highlight its juicy acidity, sweetness and rounded body.
