Next Chapter: Rwanda Musasa Nkara 85+
Summary
This specialty coffee from Rwanda's Musasa Dukunde Kawa Cooperative comes from 86 smallholder farmers who delivered cherries during the main harvest to the Nkara washing station, located at 1,800 meters in the Ruli Sector. The Red Bourbon variety is hand-picked fully ripe, machine-pulped on the same evening, and fully washed with sorting into three quality grades. Grown at 1,880 meters above sea level, it offers a flavor profile of strawberry, pear, lime, and jasmine tea with a light roast suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
