5 Senses is a Freiburg roaster that's been gently hand-roasting small batches since 2015. The focus is organic, fairly and directly traded coffee, roasted carefully to keep things sweet and balanced rather than scorched. It's an owner-run operation with real roots in the city — two cafés and a bakery — so this is coffee with a physical home, not just a webshop. They ship across much of Europe and even keep delivery climate-neutral.
