The coffee consists of 75% Arabica and 25% Canephora (Robusta), sourced from Mexico's Chiapas region (Motozintla, Sierra Mariscal). Arabica varieties include Bourbon, Caturra, Catimor, and Typica. The coffee is washed processed and roasted to a medium-dark level for espresso preparation. Flavour profile features dark chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, fir honey, and nut-nougat cream, resulting in a full-bodied, low-acid espresso suitable for espresso machines, portafilter machines, and stovetop brewers.
