BLEND NO. 1 ESPRESSO is a certified organic (DE-ÖKO-003) espresso blend combining 80% Arabica from Ethiopia (Jimma, Illubabor) and Honduras (Barrio La Quinta, Santa María del Real) with 20% Canephora/Robusta from India (Mananthavady, Kerala). Arabica varieties include Heirloom, Caturra, Typica, and Bourbon; Robusta varieties are S-274, S-270, and CxR. Washed processing. Medium-dark roast intended for espresso preparation (portafilter, stovetop, super-automatic). Flavour profile features chocolate, nuts, citrus, stone fruit, and spicy notes with a full body, stable crema, and sweet finish.
