Summary
A Geisha coffee from female producer Alejandra Guerrera at Finca Candelaima in Sasaima, Cundinamarca, Colombia. Grown at 1800 MASL. Processed through a complex batch-based anaerobic fermentation method combined with honey processing. Geisha cherries are harvested over three days, each batch fermented for different durations (72h, 48h, 24h) before blending, pulping, and drying in a marquesina. Flavour notes include chamomile, white nectarine, melon, and pear. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
