A blend of 50% Brazilian Arabica (Cerrado region) and 50% Ugandan Robusta (Mubende region). The Brazilian component is from producer Lázaro Ribeiro, variety Acaia, naturally processed, grown at 850m. The Ugandan component is from Kaweri Colobus estate, variety Robusta, washed processed, grown at 1200-1350m. Dark roast. Flavor profile includes dried fruits, honey, toffee, cinnamon, and dark chocolate. Designed for low acidity and high caffeine content, suitable for espresso and filter brewing methods.
