Pillar is a house blend from Workshop Coffee combining two components: washed JARC cultivars (Wolisho, Kurume, 74110, 74112) from smallholder farmers at Riripa wet mill in Oromia, Ethiopia, and semi-washed Mundo Novo and Catuaí from smallhold farmers in Chapada Diamantina, Bahia, Brazil. Altitudes range from 900-1300 metres. The cup profile offers full body with complex sweetness and low acidity, featuring flavours of molasses, cacao nibs, liquorice, warming clove, and candied walnuts.
