A microlot coffee from Aquiares Estate in Costa Rica's Turrialba region, grown at 1,100–1,400 metres above sea level. This anaerobic natural processed lot is a blend of Marsellesa and Obatá varieties. Tasting notes include winey, cacao, caramelized hazelnut and red cherry. Medium roasted (City to Full City) and suitable for all brew methods with a rounded body and clean finish. Rainforest Alliance certified.
