Entre Rios - Obatá & Marsellesa
Summary
Single-origin specialty coffee from Aquiares Farm in Costa Rica, grown between the Aquiares and Turrialba rivers at 1,000–1,400 meters above sea level. This 100% Arabica lot blends Obatá and Marsellesa varieties. Processed using a washed method: pulp and mucilage are detached, mechanically washed, then dried for 32 hours in a Guardiola at 45–55°C. Roasted to a medium level (City–Full City), it offers tasting notes of brown sugar, green apple, and honey, with a round body and clean finish.
