The coffee consists of Caturra, Red and Yellow Catuai, and Hibrido Tico varieties. Processed using traditional dry fermentation, washed, and machine dried. Roasted to a medium level (City to Full City), suitable for all brewing methods. Flavour notes include orange, milk chocolate, maple syrup, and brown sugar.
