This 100% Arabica lot is naturally processed and sun-dried with the coffee cherries intact. It features varieties Catuai, Catucai, Mundo Novo, Acaia, and Arara, grown at 900-1000 meters. The cup is balanced and soft with notes of chocolate, almond, and a hint of vanilla, offering high sweetness and low acidity. Designed for daily drinking, it is an accessible and consistent coffee.
