Brazil Fazenda Rodomunho Esp
Summary
A Brazilian coffee from Fazenda Rodomunho, a family farm in the Cerrado region of Rio Paranaíba, Minas Gerais, led by fourth-generation producer Thiago Corsi da Silva. This lot is a fermented natural processed Sidra variety, fermented in a dark cold room at 18°C without added yeast, then dried on raised beds. It offers a very high sweetness and fruity/floral character with high acidity and low vegetal notes, tasting of black tea, grape, green apple, cocoa, and citrus. Roasted for espresso.
