A balanced, full-bodied espresso from Fazenda Bota Fora in the Mantiqueira de Minas region of Brazil. Grown at 1100-1300 meters, this Yellow Bourbon is processed using the pulped natural method, resulting in a rich body with fruity notes and a creamy texture. Flavour profile includes hazelnut, apple, plum, and milk chocolate. The farm has been family-owned since 1900, with four generations of coffee expertise, and is certified by PGI and BSCA.
